Returns & Refunds policy

At Curated Corner, we prioritise customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products and exceptional service. However, due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of many of our items, we have a specific refund policy to ensure clarity. Please read through our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the unique and customised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on the following items:

  • Personalised Products: Any item that has been customised (e.g., personalised candles with names, special designs) is non-refundable.

  • Handcrafted Items: All handcrafted products such as candles, home decor, and gifts are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise. To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product by emailing us at curatedcornershop@gmail.com.

  • Proof of Damage: Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging as proof.

  • Replacement or Credit: After verification, we will either send a replacement product or offer store credit for future purchases, depending on the availability of the product.

3. Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and are delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Buyers will be notified of the total shipping cost before completing the purchase.

  • Delivery Areas: We ship across India. If you require international shipping, please contact us for special arrangements.

  • Pre-orders: For pre-order items, estimated delivery times will be communicated. Full payment is required to secure pre-orders, and delivery timelines may vary.

4. Shipping Issues

We take care to ensure that your products are safely packed and shipped. However, Curated Corner is not responsible for:

  • Shipping Delays: We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier issues, weather conditions).

  • Lost Packages: In rare cases of lost packages, please contact the courier service directly. We will assist in resolving the issue but cannot offer refunds due to courier-related problems.

5. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be provided in the following exceptional cases:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order.

  • Stock Issues: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to out-of-stock items and you wish to cancel the order.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation and will be issued via the original payment method.

6. Cancellations
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or refunded as they will already be in production or preparation.

  • Pre-order Cancellations: Pre-orders can only be canceled before production begins. No cancellations will be accepted once production starts.

7. Return Shipping Costs
  • In the rare case that we approve a return (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), Curated Corner will cover the return shipping cost. For any other return requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

8. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. In case of receiving a defective or incorrect product, you will be offered a replacement or store credit.

9. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)
